Sanding Aluminum Parts

By admin • January 16th, 2009

If you are sanding aluminum parts with jitterbug sanders or orbital sanders this machine will help you out both on productivity and injuries. The QuickWood Classic 1300 will jitterbug aluminum parts at 10-15 feet per min in through feed. The machine is 51″ wide and parts can put across the conveyor belt and will be sanded in the process. The sanding pattern of the machine is a random pattern like a handheld jitterbug sander but at speeds no person can duplicate. The machine has a build in vacuum system that can hold down parts as small as credit card size parts while getting sanded. The fine sanding scratches in the aluminum surface will be in a random partner and the edges will be radius by the sander so no sharp edge is exposed.
