Quick-Flex

The Quick-Flex is a single row of Brushes with an abrasives glued to the front of the brush. The brush strip slides into our Aluminum hubs or our segmented plastic hubs. As see in the picture below how it works with the plastic hubs. The Quick-Flex system is very economical when you just need a cheap set of flap wheels for a hand held sander or spindle. In the long run replacing the brushes every time is not economical so QuickWood came up with their second style of Flap wheels below.

Quick-Strip

The QuickWood flap wheels and tools comes in many different configurations and they are easy to build your self using your own spindle or using a spindle from QuickWood

The concept of the flap wheel is as that the brush will back up the abrasives, so the faster you spind the spindle the harder or more aggressive the abrasive will sand
