The QuickWood molding sander will sand 3 sides of the molding in feed though, with two top heads and 1 right head and 1 left head. This way the molding is always pushed against the right side of the machine from the infeed and the left side sander is adjusted in to the molding.

Sanding moldings have never been easier when you use the QuickWood automatic molding sander, just setup the sander once for all your profiles and start feeding them thought the machine. The controls are easy on the machine as well, adjustable speed on the top heads and side heads, via a knob on the front of the machine. The height adjustment on a brush sander is not so critical just get the sandpaper to the deepest point you want to sand and go. Sanding moldings are easy when using a QuickWood.
