This has become a big business as more and more manufacture are sanding the jeans to make them look worn in certain areas as this is what the consumers are requesting. So how do they do it ? Well they use hand tools from QuickWood to sand the jeans to make them look worn. The most used tool is the QuickWood F3 sander perfect with its light weight and small diameter sanding head (2″) this sander can be run up and down the jeans and sanding the jeans down are very fast and easy.

The second tools used by the jeans manufacture are the 4″ hand sander from QuickWood, this tools is a little more heavy, but again it does a little more as this tool covers 4″ at a time compared to the F3 that only covers 2″. Both tools are used by the jean manufactures to make the jeans look old and warn.
