Sanding Jeans
This has become a big business as more and more manufacture are sanding the jeans to make them look worn in certain areas as this is what the consumers are requesting. So how do they do it ? Well they use handtools from QuickWood to sand the jeans to make them look worn.
Most people use the F6 power with a special abrasive on it that QuickWood has developed to sand the jeans.

The brushes on the machine in the picture is not what we are using to sand jeans but give us a call and we will explain to you how more and more domestic manufacture are using the QuickWood tools to sand jeans.
The result are something similar to the picture below, if you want to make it look more worn in certain areas that is possible if you want a uniform look that can be done to.
