Abrasive Flap Wheels

QuickWood offers many different kinds of Abrasives flap wheels, below are listed the most used flap wheels

Quick-Discs

The Quick-Discs was the first kind of Abrasive flap wheel out there and it came out in the early 1990 and are still used by many manufacture today.

They also comes in a double sided discs mostly used in white wood sanding and metal deburring.

This is the original Abrasive Flap Wheel made by QuickWood.

QuickWood Nylon Bristle

The next type of abrasive flap wheel is the Nylon brush with abrasives in each bristle. This version is very popular for sealer sanding of 3 dimensional pieces and is also use with a combination of Quick-Discs as seen above.

Quick-Flex Abrasive Flap Wheels

The type most people use today and most people know as an abrasive flap wheel is the Quick-Flex, where you slide and abrasives and brush into a central hub system on a spindle and the abrasives and brushes work together to sand the wood. This is the newest of the flap wheels and the most popular this far.
