Deburring tool

QuickWood makes some very special deburring tools for the metal industry, as the QuickWood deburring tools can flex to any shape that is given to it. The flexing of the deburring brush and abrasive is many times an advantage in the finishing end of metal deburring as we never want to remove to much material but only material around the burrs.

So examples on the QuickWood deburring tools are the following machines.

8″ deburring tool

These deburring tools will be used with our special brush back sanding heads for metal deburring, and they are all phneumatic tools so they will work right in most shops.
