Molding Sander (8)

QL1234

Industrial Molding Sander designed to handle linear board feet applications such as molding, siding, and flooring. This machine comes compete with a power driven pressure roller feed system, two top heads, two bottom heads and two head on either side to sand four surfaces simultaneously in a single pass. The feed rate and sanding heads are independently adjustable through use of frequency inverters. The pressure roller system, top head height, and left and right side sander heads are electrical adjustable. All heads will tilt and rotate to accommodate different styles and shapes of crown molding, shoe molding, and chair rail. The QL 1-2-3-4 will accept all QuickWood sanding media.

Special configurations of this machine are available to handle applications wider than 12 inches or when more than two top heads are needed to accomplish the job.

Molding sander for automatic finish sanding of moldings after the molder, this machine can also be used for sealer sanding of moldings.  The molding sander comes in 3 phase 220 volt or 3 phase 440 volt, please download literature on this sander below.
